Liability Waiver & Release

By participating in the Country Box Bouncer Tournament, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an athletic and competitive event that may involve physical activity and inherent risks.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event may involve risks including, but not limited to, physical contact, falls, injuries, property damage, or other risks associated with participation in a competitive event.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the event and understand that participation is not required.

I agree that I am responsible for determining whether I am physically capable of participating in the event.

3. Release of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, promoters, sponsors, staff, officials, venue operators, and their respective representatives from claims arising from my participation in the event.

4. Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize reasonable emergency assistance or medical treatment when necessary.

5. Rules and Instructions

I agree to follow all tournament rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by event officials and staff.

I understand that failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the tournament.

6. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own actions and agree to conduct myself in a safe and respectful manner throughout the event.

7. Agreement

By checking the acceptance box below and submitting this registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms presented above and voluntarily agree to them.
